MyYogaWorks

For over 20 years YogaWorks has trained some of the world’s top yoga instructors. Now with MyYogaWorks on Fitness On Demand™, the YogaWorks classes you know form the instructors you love are available anytime! 23 MyYogaWorks classes are now available on all FOD™ systems.

The Dancer’s Workout®

Ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dancers (both current and former) love these exhilarating dance fitness classes. There 5 total classes available from The Dancer’s Workout®, with 1 class included on all FOD® memberships.

The Dancer's Workout® - Casting Spells With All That Jazz Ballet, jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary dancers (both current and former) love these exhilarating dance fitness classes! The Dancer’s Workout® classes are great for active dancers who want to maintain flexibility and cardio endurance and for former dancers who want to start dancing again. This class, entitled “Casting Spells With All That Jazz,” is an intermediate jazz dance fitness class with big, sassy jazz moves. Careful warm-up, stretching, and toning are also included.
