This month we’ve added 38 new classes from Cycling Fusion to our library. These videos make up a 12 week complete winter training educational program like you would only find at a cycling camp. Lectures, indoor cycling rides, and cycling specific cross-training are all based on proven periodization, Heart Zones®, and power training principles to ensure maximum success.
The first week of the training program is available on our Passport Service Membership, with the remaining weeks available on the Cycling Fusion elective channel.
