10 New Workouts from GymRa Now Available

This month we’ve released 10 brand new workouts from GymRa. These workouts range from 10 to 35 minutes and require little to no equipment. Categories include core, Pilates, strength, cardio, HIIT and more. These virtual workouts are led by leading fitness instructors including Julia Bognar, Lindsay Bushman, Josephine Gorchoff and more. 

2 of these new workouts are instantly available for all FitnessOnDemand commercial facilities. Additional workouts can be added to your offerings by subscribing to the GymRa elective offerings at your facility. Below is a list of all new releases.
