1. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Walking Workout

Get your steps in with this fun and functional cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every move in this class! Led by Future Self founder Tanner Courtad. These moves may seem easy, but you'll get a good calorie burn and hit over 4,000 steps once you're done!

2. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Latin-Inspired Dance Cardio Workout

Join professional dancer and content creator Luis Cervantes, who will lead you through this easy 30-minute Latin-inspired dance cardio workout joined by Val Valdiviez and Stephanie Jones! This follow-along routine will get you moving right away. You’ll be sure to dance to the beat and have some fun learning new moves. What are you waiting for? Grab your friends and go full out with these grooves!

3. SH1FT: BOOTY SCULPTER - 15 Mins

15 minutes to a tight, toned and lifted booty.

4. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Cardio Circuit + Dance

Try this 30-minute workout led by "Dancing With the Stars" alum Lindsay Arnold, founder of The Movement Club. Follow along with Arnold as she guides you through a full-body circuit, broken up into repeating groups of three moves. That means you have plenty of chances to get them right, push yourself to perfect your form, and up the intensity. This one may seem simple, but it goes hard with no breaks between exercises!

5. Physique57: Core Pilates

This core-focused Pilates workout combines light weights and a ball to intensify traditional mat exercises, targeting your deep abdominal muscles, obliques, arms, and stabilizers. Expect a full-body sculpting session that builds lean, defined strength from your center outward.
