Join Lee for this circuit-style core workout using only a mat. Lee guides you through a variety of crunches, planks, sit ups and more.

 

5. Sweat Factor: 30-Minute Beginner Total Body Sculpt

Jared Rodriguez delivers a total body sculpting routine. Compound strength moves are the staple of this routine with explosive cardio & core work sprinkled throughout!
