1. Physique57: Full Body in 45

Feel all the sizzle with this full body strength training workout. Lingering a bit longer in our basic positions will not only ensure proper technique, but also provide enough burn to boost your metabolism and sculpt your physique.

   

2. POPSUGAR: Upper-Body Strength Workout | Chest, Back, and Arm

Powered by strength coach and trainer Nicolette Amarillas, this 30-minute workout is programmed to build and maintain upper-body strength. Start off with a full-body warmup, followed by three challenging training blocks. The first two blocks focus on arms, with moves like chest presses, rows, lat pull-downs and many more exercises that will target your biceps, triceps, and shoulders! Finish off the workout with a block that will burn out your core.

  

3. SH1FT: M1ND 29: YOGALATES

Yoga and Pilates movements remixed in a simple mobility workout. Stretch, strengthen, and move with control for a workout that leaves you feeling strong and centred.

   

4. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute HIIT + Legs Workout | Natalie White

Challenge your stamina and strength with this 30-minute bodyweight HIIT workout that will fire up your legs. The best part: this is a no-repeat class! That means once you finish a move, you won't have to do it again. Led by fitness trainer Natalie White, you'll amp up the moves as the routine goes on, to give your body and mind a chance to really get into it!
 

5. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Energizing Cardio Workout

Get ready to challenge yourself with fitness trainer Amanda Butler, who will be leading this 30-minute energizing HIIT workout joined by Jimmy Robles and Ellie Aviles! This routine is completely bodyweight with a focus on the lower body. Expect to drop it into low squats to strengthen your booty, target your hamstrings with good mornings, and get breathless with ice skaters.
