We are excited to announce we are expanding our digital fitness library through a new partnership with Mvmnt, a digital fitness platform known for its expert-led coaching.

The collaboration brings 99 Mvmnt workouts to the platform, giving operators even more ways to deliver fresh, varied programming without adding equipment, staff, or another standalone fitness app. This new content builds on a library of more than 1,800 workouts and spans strength and bodyweight training, HIIT, boxing, dance, cardio, yoga, Pilates, mobility, and meditation.
With sessions designed for different life stages and fitness levels, Mvmnt adds more variety to an already broad fitness and wellness offering.
More Variety Without More Operational Lift
Keeping fitness programming fresh can be challenging. Members expect variety and flexibility, but delivering it in-house can require additional instructors, scheduling, equipment, and operational resources.
By adding Mvmnt’s workouts directly to Fitness On Demand, operators can broaden their programming using the digital fitness infrastructure they already have. The result is more choice for members without requiring facilities to manage another app, hire additional instructors, or invest in new equipment.
Fitness On Demand CEO Andy Peat explains:
“Partnering with Mvmnt allows us to expand our content library with programming that's genuinely different from what's already on the platform. Members don't all train the same way, and operators shouldn't have to stitch together separate apps to give them more options. This partnership gives our customers 99 more reasons to keep people engaged, in the format they're already using.”
Expert-Led Fitness for More Ways to Move
Mvmnt’s programming complements Fitness On Demand’s existing library by giving users additional ways to move, whether they are looking for a strength workout, a high-energy cardio session, mobility work, or mind-body programming.
For Kaleigh Frost, Founder of Mvmnt, the partnership creates an opportunity to bring the company’s approach to training to a much wider audience:
“This partnership with Fitness On Demand presents a remarkable opportunity to introduce our expert coaching and unique fitness experience to a wider audience. Mvmnt is built on making high-quality, engaging training accessible and helping individuals outdo themselves daily. Strategically and culturally, this collaboration is a natural fit.”
With programming available through Fitness On Demand, Mvmnt workouts can support fitness facilities, multifamily communities, workplaces, hospitality venues, and other wellness environments looking to offer users greater flexibility and variety.
Expanding What Digital Fitness Can Deliver
The Mvmnt partnership is part of Fitness On Demand’s continued investment in expanding its content ecosystem through thoughtfully selected partners. By bringing more programming styles, instructors, and experiences onto one platform, Fitness On Demand gives operators more ways to differentiate their fitness offering while supporting member engagement and retention.
For operators, that means expanding what they can offer without creating unnecessary operational complexity. For members, it means more opportunities to find workouts that fit how, where, and when they want to move.
