We’ve expanded the libraries of existing trainers Mike Donavanik, Ashely Joi, Jordan Morello, and Gideon Akande. While we also added a new trainer, Sarah Kusch, who's videos focus on High Intensity Low Impact Training, designed for those seeking low impact sessions or our older population to aid in aging actively and with confidence.
