CCTV. If you use the FOD application at a location within our corporate family or [franchisees within our corporate family], that location may use CCTV in their gyms for health and security reasons in accordance with local privacy law requirements. If you have any queries in relation to the use of CCTV operating in and around that gyms, including your rights to access the CCTV footage under local privacy laws please contact that gym.
