New Workouts Now Available
This month, we’ve released 15 brand new workouts to our commercial platform and consumer mobile apps. These workouts come from our latest programming partner, SweatWorking.
SweatWorking is a turnkey digital fitness platform that enables gyms and studios to share workouts, member’s love, through streaming video and audio content.
Through this partnership, we’re bringing our members access to 15 high quality SweatWorking workouts. From high intensity training, strength, and barre workouts to restorative yoga and meditation, you’ll get the best of the in-class experience, on-demand when it fits your schedule. World class instructors like Betina Gozo, Ali Brashler, and Rae Reichlin will motivate you to work out harder, push through that last set or pulse for a second longer.

Total Body Circuit by Betina Gozo
Circuits are one of the best ways to build strength and get your heart rate up. We will work through this nine-move circuit three times through. Your goal is to take as little rest between moves as possible – don’t worry, you’ll get a full minute to recover between each round.
Fast Feet by Rae Reichlin
This workout consists of a quick warm up, two sets of work that you’ll complete two times through and a cool down. Get ready to unleash your fast feet, work your core and get in a great total body sweat!
Hard Core Yoga Flow with Ali Brashler
The name says it all – this is a hard CORE yoga flow. We’ll mix in traditional flows with some intense core movements. Prepare to engage your midsection and feel the burn!
