1. POPSUGAR: Quick and Easy 5-Minute Breathwork Technique

If you're looking to get into breathwork, this one's for you! Guided by breathwork specialist Kristina Joy, in just five minutes, you can learn this breathing technique called "box breath," or "16 seconds to calm." Once you master this quick and calming trick, it can help reduce stress any time and anywhere!

2. Physique57: Core Pilates

This core-focused Pilates workout combines light weights and a ball to intensify traditional mat exercises, targeting your deep abdominal muscles, obliques, arms, and stabilizers. Expect a full-body sculpting session that builds lean, defined strength from your center outward.

3. GymRa: 10 min Stretch Routine

This is a 10 min stretch routine for muscle recovery, releasing tension, and de-stressing your body/mind. Jada also shares a bit about her journey into the fitness world. It's important to loosen up muscles & get your blood flowing, as stretching cold muscles may cause injury. You can do this routine on its own, or as part of our 28 day series.

4. Armor 321: Beginner Dumbbell: Legs

This beginner dumbbell workout is specifically designed for standing partners. It targets the legs and core through simple, effective movements, focusing on lower-body power, stability, and control.

5. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute HIIT Dance Fusion

If you're struggling to squeeze in your HIIT workout, this dance cardio class is for you. Host and choreographer (and PS's resident twerk queen) Kaleila Jordan is here to guide you through a dance workout that will get your heart pumping and your booty bumping! Jordan breaks down the dance moves, but sneaks in some HIIT cardio movies like squats, jumping jacks, and knee drives. And who doesn't love a workout that doesn't feel like a workout?
