As we move into the beautiful month of June, it's time to reflect on the most popular and exciting workouts that have been keeping our community active and energized from last month. Our heart-pumping cardio sessions to serene yoga flows, every moment captured embodies dedication, passion, and the relentless pursuit of fitness goals.

15 minutes to a tight, toned and lifted booty.

3. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute HIIT Dance Fusion

If you're struggling to squeeze in your HIIT workout, this dance cardio class is for you. Host and choreographer (and PS's resident twerk queen) Kaleila Jordan is here to guide you through a dance workout that will get your heart pumping and your booty bumping! Jordan breaks down the dance moves, but sneaks in some HIIT cardio movies like squats, jumping jacks, and knee drives. And who doesn't love a workout that doesn't feel like a workout?

4. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute At-Home Power Walking Workout

Get your steps in with this fun and beginner-friendly cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every exercise in this class! Led by "Bachelorette" alum and Future Self founder Tanner Courtad, you'll make your way through steps that will get your heart rate up as you walk to the beat. Let us know in the comments how many steps you hit. You may even surpass 4,000 steps.

5. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Walking Workout

Get your steps in with this fun and functional cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every move in this class! Led by Future Self founder Tanner Courtad. These moves may seem easy, but you'll get a good calorie burn and hit over 4,000 steps once you're done!
