Get your steps in with this fun and beginner-friendly cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every exercise in this class! Led by "Bachelorette" alum and Future Self founder Tanner Courtad, you'll make your way through steps that will get your heart rate up as you walk to the beat. 5. POPSUGAR: 30-Minute Walking Workout
Get your steps in with this fun and functional cardio workout. It's all low-impact, so if you can walk in place, you can do every move in this class! Led by Future Self founder Tanner Courtad. These moves may seem easy, but you'll get a good calorie burn and hit over 4,000 steps once you're done!
