We’re excited to share that Fitness On Demand has been recognized by HR Tech Outlook as a Top Corporate Virtual Fitness Platform for 2026! This recognition reflects our work helping employers build workplace wellness programs that are flexible, accessible and designed around how people work today.

With employees spread across offices, homes and multiple locations, wellness no longer fits into a single space or timetable. People want more choice in how they move, recover and look after their well-being, whether that means a full workout before work, a short mobility session between meetings or joining a team challenge from home.
Fitness On Demand's helps employers bring those options together through one connected omnichannel platform. Mobile access, digital fitness content, workplace touchscreens, wearable integrations, digital signage and engagement tools can all work together to support employees wherever they are.
Employees can access more than 1,800 fitness and wellness classes, covering strength, cardio, mobility, recovery, mindfulness and more. Employers can also create branded experiences, run company-wide challenges and use activity tracking to encourage participation and keep wellness visible throughout the year.
That matters because simply offering a wellness benefit doesn't guarantee people will use it. The most effective programs are easy to access, offer enough variety to suit different needs and give employees a reason to keep coming back.
92% of U.S. organizations also said wellness initiatives had improved employee productivity, showing the value employers are placing on programs that support both employee well-being and performance.
“Corporate wellness has to work for the realities of today’s workforce. Employees have different schedules, preferences and starting points, so offering a benefit isn’t enough if people aren’t actually using it,” said Andy Peat, CEO of Fitness On Demand. “Our focus is on making wellness easier to access and giving organizations the tools to create experiences that employees genuinely want to engage with.”
That focus also means making wellness relevant to more people. Fitness On Demand content includes traditional workouts alongside desk-based movement, mobility, recovery, mindfulness, active-aging programming and seated fitness, giving employees different ways to take part based on their interests, ability and available time.
As workplace wellness continues to develop, Fitness On Demand is also exploring how wearable technology, data and AI can make the experience more connected and personalized, while helping employers better understand how their wellness offering is being used.
For employers, the opportunity is to move beyond simply providing a benefit and create something that becomes part of employees’ everyday routines. When wellness is easy to access, varied and engaging, it has a much better chance of being used consistently and delivering real value.
