New Daily Burn Undefeated Kickboxing Series Available Now

This month we've released 2 brand new workouts from Daily Burn! We would like to introduce The Undefeated Series to the FitnessOnDemand platform!

Don’t accept defeat. Stay Undefeated. With Undefeated, you’ll have fun while mastering MMA moves and building your strength. The program mixes rhythmic cardio kickboxing with authentic martial arts-inspired training and conditioning for a varied workout.

Anja Garcia will get your heart racing and test your focus with fast-paced rhythmic cardio kickboxing, plus HIIT workouts that’ll have you blasting through powerful combos on the beat. The Daily Burn veteran, Nike trainer, and registered pediatric nurse is known for her crazy-intense kickboxing and strength workouts, but her positive attitude makes the seemingly impossible very much within reach.

Karate, Western boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—these are just some of the martial arts that international fitness expert, Phoenix Carnevale has mastered. But what makes the MMA specialist extra kick-ass is her sense of humor and authenticity. Sure, she's a NASM weight-loss specialist certified in kettlebells, TRX, post-rehabilitation, and more, but she's also a podcast host and pop culture nerd.
